Service Description

[ We do not learn this. We remember this. ] At the heart of this ceremony is remembrance - a journey back to your body’s innate wisdom. Where you are the healer. Each [ Space ] session is held by our breathwork guide and Reiki Master, Sonia, and opens with deep presence, weaving together ceremonial botanicals, an intuitive card pull, transformative breathwork, warming Reiki and immersive sound, including a private sound bath, to create a gentle yet powerful field for transformation. This is not a treatment; it’s a sacred space to feel, release, and reconnect - held with safety, presence and stillness. For these who’s always holding it together - this is where you can exhale. Each session meets you where you are. No previous breathwork experience is needed, only a willingness to come home to yourself. Contraindications This style of breathwork is for adults aged 18 and over only. Breathwork can create intense physical, emotional and energetic release. 
For safety reasons, it is not advised for individuals with any of the following conditions: • Cardiovascular conditions, including angina, previous heart attack or the use of a pacemaker
• High blood pressure
• Glaucoma or retinal detachment
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• A personal or family history of aneurysms
• Severe or chronic mental health conditions

• Recent major surgeries or significant physical injuries
• Osteoporosis or any condition that may be aggravated by intense breathing or movement
• Individuals currently taking major medications that may impair physical or emotional regulation • Asthma - Individuals with asthma should consult their physician and inform the facilitator before participating. Inhalers must be brought to the session.
