- A 20-minute connection call is available prior to booking and is not compulsory. This call allows us to ensure [ CODE ] is the right fit for you and to answer any initial questions.

This is fully redeemable against the full [ CODE ] consultation should you proceed.
[ At-Home DNA Test Kit ]
This is paid directly to Nordic Laboratories.
- The DNA Core test kit is sent directly to your chosen address.
[ DNA Report Review & Consultation ]
- Your DNA results are reviewed and interpreted by Sonia, a dnalife® Accredited Practitioner, usually around 3 weeks after your DNA test kit is received by the lab.
Following this, your 90-minute DNA results and coaching session will take place either in person at our Loughton studio or online via video call. This is scheduled for around four weeks after your test is sent for processing and review time.
