You can keep a training diary and feedback will be given to you as well as ongoing recommendations to improve the efficiency of your workout and the day-to-day results you experience.

I have taken before and after pictures like you said....... The physical changes you see may be small, but the change I feel in myself is huge! Before I felt stuck in a rut of working all week, feeling unfulfilled and weekends often including too much alcohol and bad foods. I felt unhappy and that I lacked a purpose. Believe me when I say she knows her stuff. I am not an easy character to train and my flexibility and mobility was shocking when I started working with her in Oct 2018.
