Payments

Pricing: Prices for treatments, services, and events are listed on our website or provided upon request. All prices are in pound sterling (£/GBP) and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment Methods: We accept payment by debit/credit card, PayPal, Klarna, bank transfer, and cash.

Order Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed and payment made, you will receive a confirmation email.

Sonia Rose Fitness Ltd offers holistic health and wellbeing services including (but not limited to):

Massage and bodywork treatments
Facials and holistic skincare
Wellbeing events, workshops, and ceremonies
Sound healing and energy work
Coaching (nutrition, lifestyle, and health coaching)
Genetic testing and interpretation services
Breathwork sessions and facilitation
Infrared sauna therapy
Red light therapy and LED treatments
Compression therapy (e.g. recovery boots)
Other wellness technologies and holistic practices introduced from time to time

Health Considerations: It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns prior to booking. We may adapt or refuse services where appropriate for safety.

Booking & Cancellations

Booking: Bookings can be made via our online system, by phone, or by email. Confirmation will be sent once your appointment is secured.

Cancellations:

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice: 100% of the treatment fee.
No-shows: charged at 100% of the treatment fee.

Cancellations may be made by phone, text, or email.

Products & Returns

If you purchase physical goods (e.g. skincare products) from Sonia Rose Fitness Ltd:

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, in line with UK consumer law.
Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging where applicable.
You are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or misdescribed.

Offers, Promotions & Gift Cards

Offers and promotions are subject to availability and may have additional conditions (e.g., validity period, eligibility).
Gift cards may be redeemed against treatments and expire on the date stated at purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including logos, text, graphics, and content on our Platform, belong to Sonia Rose Fitness Ltd or are used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer.

We take care to deliver safe, professional services. Sonia Rose Fitness Ltd is not liable for issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow aftercare, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

We collect and process personal data in line with GDPR and UK data protection law. This includes basic contact details, health information relevant to your treatment, and payment details (processed securely by third-party providers).
