Service Description

This is the complete Tranquil Flow® experience, designed to hold you from the moment you arrive through to deep integration. Your journey begins with a bespoke Tranquil Flow® tea, blended by Sonia Rose and offered as a gentle arrival ritual to calm the nervous system and ease you into the space. As the body softens, signature face and body work are woven together into one continuous experience. Drawing from lymphatic drainage, body contouring, buccal massage and restorative touch, each session is intuitively guided by your body’s needs on the day. The pace is slow, responsive and deeply held, allowing release to unfold through hands-on techniques guided by sensation, rhythm and your body’s natural cues. As the physical work draws to a close, a dedicated Closure Ritual is offered to gently complete the treatment. This then transitions into a period of integration using LED light therapy and sound bowls, allowing the nervous system time to rest, absorb and recalibrate as the effects of the session settle. This offering is curated and complete. All elements are included, with no decisions or add-ons required on the day.
