[ Space ] Reiki + Sound

Service Description

A deeply restorative, one-to-one energy ritual created to invite nervous-system downregulation, slowing down and reconnection with the body. Each [ Space ] session is held by Reiki Master Sonia and your experience begins with a specially selected Reiki welcome tea, chosen to help you arrive, ground and transition from the pace of the outside world into a quieter state. Following a consultation and intention setting, Sonia, will guide you through gentle grounding breathwork before beginning an intuitive energetic assessment. Reiki forms the heart of the treatment. Working intuitively and responding to you in the moment, the session may incorporate chakra and energetic balancing alongside conscious therapeutic touch, creating space for the body and mind to soften, settle and simply receive. Massage-therapy-grade Tibetan sound bowls, quartz crystal singing bowls and other carefully selected sound instruments may be woven through the treatment where appropriate. The treatment gradually moves into sound healing and is intentionally designed to complement the energetic work and deepen the experience, allowing you to rest in the stillness before being gently brought back into the space. Time is left at the end for grounding, integration and anything you would like to share from your experience.
