It is a personalised ritual inside our Clearlight Sanctuary™ full spectrum infrared cabin, enhanced with Vibrational Resonance Therapy, a sound-based experience that gently vibrates through the body to create an internal massage at a cellular level. This experience may be enjoyed privately, or shared with one other person, creating a sanctuary for connection, release and renewal. You choose the playlist, the soundtrack to your healing, or allow Sonia to select from her carefully curated soundscapes, each designed to guide your body into deep release and restoration. This multi-sensory experience works on every layer of your being, supporting: • Detoxification and lymphatic flow • Circulation and cardiovascular health • Muscular release and faster recovery • Collagen stimulation and cellular renewal • Nervous system balance and deep relaxation • Emotional release through vibrational sound [ Heat ] is not a casual drop in. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance as per our policy. Cancellations within 48 hours of your booking will result in being charged a cancellation fee which is 100% of the service/treatment.
