Service Description

What is [ Rythym ] [ Rythym ] is a nervous system-led coaching framework within the Tranquil Flow® [ ecosystem ]. It supports women through emotional change, relationship endings, and life transitions by allowing the body to settle, integrate, and find clarity at its own pace. Sessions are offered in person or online, creating space for this work to meet you wherever you are. This is work for moments that do not need urgency or fixing, but space, regulation, and completion. How [ Rythym ] May Meet You - Relationship Closure and Post-Relationship Integration Emotional completion and embodied clarity when a relationship is ending, unravelling, or already complete but still felt in the body. - Nervous System Regulation Support for emotional overwhelm, reactivity, burnout, or a persistent sense of being on edge, even when life appears “fine”. - Women’s Life Stage Transitions Guidance through identity shifts, hormonal phases, role or career changes, and the in-between periods that are rarely acknowledged. All sessions are held by Sonia Rose, Somatic Integration and Nervous System Life Coach, with over seven years of experience supporting women through emotional change, relationship endings, and life transitions. Her work restores the connection between mind, body, and feeling, allowing women to return to themselves.
